The products in the collection represent our scratch and dent collection. Look carefully at the title for the words Bad Box or Refurbished.

Bad box / Unboxed products are quite literally what it sounds like. The box is not perfect but the product inside is still brand new. We will ensure that the box will still ship with integrity so your order will arrive safely.

Refurbished / Scratch and Dent products are items that have been returned for various reasons but we have inspected them! They have gone through intensive testing and maintenance and will work as new.

Wet Box Deal:  Our bad luck is your lucky day.  Our shipping container leaked and got several of of boxes wet!  As a result, some of the products got wet.  Don't worry though, the RR1 Lifts and Lock-N-Load Pros can stand up to water.  Heck, you will probably be power washing your bike on the RR1 the day you get it.  Anyway, our boxes got soggy and the products got wet.  As a result, these products could have small traces of surface rust that would not affect their function and could potentially be cleaned up...or they could be 100% perfect.  As for those soggy boxes, don't worry, we will ship the products in a good box.  All products still come with a full warranty.
