Bad box products are quite literally what it sounds like. The box is not perfect but the product inside is still brand new. We will ensure that the box will still ship with integrity so your order will arrive safely.

Refurbished / Scratch and Dent products are items that have been returned for various reasons but we have inspected! They have gone through intensive testing and maintenance and will work as new.
