CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing the order. Please make sure to include your order number in any correspondence to assist customer support in locating your order.
We are unable to guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed, but we will do our very best to assist you.
Orders ship Monday – Friday only. Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes place within 1 to 2 business days from the time it was received. In the event of a holiday, order processing will resume on the next business day.
You may return products purchased directly from www.RiskRacing.com for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. See below for details regarding all types of returns.

If you are not complete satisfied with your order, you may return the unused items in “like new and 100% resalable” condition for a refund (minus shipping and handling charges). To ensure credit can be issued, make sure all accessories, parts and original packaging is included with the return. Please keep in mind that certain items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee – feel free to ask if you are unsure if your item is subject to this fee. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns, except for items mis-shipped and warranty cases. We recommend that you pack the item securely in the original shipping carton, insure the package, and that you keep the shipping receipt on hand until the credit is issued. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
Please allow 7 business days for returns to be received and processed. As soon as the returned product has been received and processed in house, your original form of payment will be credited. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers' records, so please allow 14 business days for this be reflected on your statement.
If an item is not in 100% resalable condition as described above, or if an item is received beyond the 30 day return period without approval from a Customer Service Representative, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE
If your RiskRacing.com order included a free gift with purchase, you MUST also return this item when returning your order. If you fail to return your free item, its retail value will be deducted from your refund. As with all product returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will file a claim with the carrier in hopes of locating the package. Please allow 7-14 business days for this to be completed with the shipping carrier.
In the event that the package is missing, and “Shipping Insurance” was purchased, we will replace the lost and/or stolen package. Please note we may require the customer to pay for “Signature Required” delivery to further prevent lost and/or stolen goods.
In the event that the package is missing, and “Shipping Insurance” was not purchased, we will do everything in our reasonable power to help locate the lost and/or stolen package. Although, once it enters the carrier’s possession, we can no longer be held liable.
In the event your products are damaged during shipment, please let us know. Our Customer Service team will start a claim with the carrier, and in certain cases, we will be glad to send parts that were damaged in transportation.
