1st Rate!

This system is just incredibly fast and easy to use. Their customer service is first rate! I ordered 2 of these and had knobs broken during shipping. They sent replacements extremely fast no questions asked. If your looking for a better way to secure your ride, you won't find a better setup than this. Thanks for being a good company

I use it a lot, but the power button eventually broke. Bummed, but thought I would give RISK a chance to make it right before complaining. Glad I did. Surprisingly good customer service. The girl helping me was super nice and they stood behind the product. They shipped a new one. No issues and I am back to work. Thanks for being a good company. Customer service is what makes a company

I bought a Pro and Pro Mini, about a month after install the locking mechanism on 1 side of the mini stopped working. Customer service was great, they didn’t have the part to replace it on the shelf so they sent me a whole new kit. All companies are going to have an issue with a product at some point, to me the customer service is what makes a company. Such a great company

I really enjoy all of my Risk Racing products! They are of great quality and very stylish to say the least, from the apparel to the shop equipment everything is top shelf and I've yet to wear anything out or have any of their products let me down, it's nice to have such a great company for support! Best I have ever delt with

I did have a very small issue, I called customer service whom stood behind the product, and made it right at no cost to me, I never even asked, they just apologized and said “we will take care of you” as they shipped me a part with in 24hrs!!!! Customer service was by far the best I have ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable and very personable!!! *** Thank you for taking care of your customers the way you do!! The customer service person was very professional in helping me with a starting gate that never worked right when I had received it as a gift (brand new) she didn’t ask any questions and sent out the new electronics for the starting gate.
